HOW TO PLANT YOUR PREMIUM WILDFLOWER SEED:
- Eliminate existing weeds and vegetation from planting site.
- Amend the soil with compost or soil pep to increase germination success.
- Using a rake, loosen soil to create small furrows for the seed to lie in after it is broadcasted.
- Broadcast seed by hand or spreader. Use coverage estimates recommended on the tag.
- Water gently and thoroughly 2-3 times daily until it germinates. This will occur in 2-8 weeks depending on the temperature and when the seed is sown.
- Continue to water daily. Be sure to check moisture of soil at least daily; be careful to not over water or under water. After seedlings become increasingly established, watering schedule can be reduced to every other day and eventually even less.
