IRRIGATION PACKAGE "A" INCLUDES:

SPRING TURN ON

•Turn irrigation water on. (May require access to the basement or crawl space.)

•Verify the mainline is intact and not leaking by watching that the water meter comes to a complete stop at time of service. (May require access to the basement or crawl space.)

•Check the Backflow preventer (where applicable) for leaks.

•Check system piping for obvious leaks at time of service.

•Activate and test controller.

•Walk through ALL zones to check for proper coverage.

•Check each turf rotor to make sure they are rotating and properly adjusted at time of service.

•Check each spray head for clogs, proper operation, and proper adjustment at time of service.

•Test each valve that it is opeating properly from the controller.

•Install a new alkaline battery (where applicable)

•Set controller for appropriate watering times based on the weather conditions at time of service. (Controller may be left in the off position depending on weather conditions.)

Our service technicians will make a note of any repairs or modifications that are necessary for the proper operation of your irrigation system to maintain a healthy landscape. Our staff will notify you of any repairs or modifications and an estimated cost to make those repairs or modifications that require attention.

MID-SEASON SYSTEM EVALUATION

•Perform a complete inspection of entire system

•Make necessary adjustments to sprinkler heads

•Suggest or change system watering times accordingly
(access is necessary)

•Note and discuss any needed repairs or modifications due to
plant growth or changees in landscape

•Clean and adjust rain sensor

WINTER BLOWOUT AND SHUT DOWN

•Turn off water supply to system (access necessary)

•Deactivate controller

•Induce air through entire system

•Drain down any interior pipe to system

•Open pressure release valve
on back flow prevention device

•Guaranteed system blowout by November 1st
